Atlantic City is resorting to strange promotions in order to attract blackjack gamblers who now prefer to visit casinos in Pennsylvania.
The Showboat Casino in Atlantic City was hit with a $20,000 fine for all allowing under-21s to enjoy poker and blackjack games.
