Mobile gamers cheer as more pictures of the upcoming Acer V360 smartphone leak onto the internet.
Laptops and netbooks are what first comes to mind when we read the brand name Acer. However, the Taiwanese giant does produce mobile phones as well, and its latest V360 model is attracting a lot of attention from technophiles and mobile casino gamers alike.
Last week the first pictures of the Acer V360 were spotted at Android casino forums, and now we have even more images to admire. Rumors suggest the device will arrive with Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box with a custom UI and a slightly bigger screen than its S500 sibling.
Mobile casino games enthusiasts will be able to enjoy gaming on a 4.5 inch qHD display with 245ppi density. A 1GHz dual-core CPU will take care of the power behind any mobile casino destination.
Further specs of the Acer V360 include a 5MP snapper with LED flash and a VGA front camera for video calling. There will be a premium sound architecture available, as DTS logo has been spotted on the back of the smartphone. With 140g weight and 132×68.5×9.9mm measurements, the upcoming device is a pretty compact unit.
The smartphone will first hit the Chinese mainland stores for a price of around $300, Taiwanese mobile gamers should also be able to lay their hands on the device. However, there’s no exact release date yet. Currently, there’s no information on when or if the Acer V360 will be making an international debut.
