BlackBerry Laguna Sheds Light on the Upcoming BB10 OS
BlackBerry Laguna
Mobile gambling on BlackBerries is expected to enter new territory once the upcoming BB10 OS is released.
A brand new BlackBerry device has been seen on mobile casino forums. The Laguna is rumored to be in development for the Verizon carrier and will become on the first smartphones from the Canadian giant to run on the brand new OS.
The BlackBerry Laguna is said to be an L-series handset, you know the ones with touch-interface only, and looks pretty similar to already leaked BlackBerry London, with the only difference of Laguna being the CDMA smartphone.
The new device sports a 4.2 inch screen with 1280×768 resolution with a very decent 355ppi. Power specs will treat BlackBerry casino fans to a dual-core Krait CPU on a Qualcomm MSM8960 chipset with 1GB of RAM.
The new mobile casino games tool also packs LTE connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, NFC, and a microHDMI port. The 8MP snapper offers 1080p video shooting capabilities, 16GB of built-in memory is enough to fit just about anything, but the microSD card port is also there just in case. The BlackBerry Laguna is powered by a 1800mAh battery.
The upcoming BB10 OS is destined to pull RIM out of the sales slump, and will have gesture-based commands among other interesting features.
