Casino prosecution for blackjack winners

Casinos don’t like blackjack card counters and seek any ways to make them go away.

A skilled blackjack card counting system player will know that when it comes to the game, once many ace and face cards have been dealt, there are mostly small number cards left and these give the casino an edge.

On the other hand, when it comes to Blackjack cards, if few aces and face cards have been dealt, this favors the player. And casino managers know that. Once they see the player lose, no problem. If the player starts winning, the table is closely followed on video cameras.

Some managers will then pace around the table and ask the dealer to reshuffle the cards sooner then it would normally be done. Some casinos go as far as invite the winning at blackjack players for a pep talk to their offices under the eyes of very intimidating security guards, some of which don’t even have their necks visible due to buffalo-like muscles that resulted from steroid abuse.

In some place, casinos can’t do that legally, so the manager may seek to disrupt the player, hoping it will result in bad card counting. Some managers are even known for asking the players to play craps, where nothing can be counted.

There are places where card counting is legal, such as Pennsylvania. Some casinos there may still seek whatever is within the means to prevent that. Others will take the losses from card counters and make up on those who like to lose money for fun.

Nowadays, many players seek to pursue online blackjack. What those need to understand is that with these casinos card counting is often not possible since the cards are reshuffled constantly.

There are some opportunities for card counting when it comes to live online blackjack, which high quality Internet casinos offer. However, the players still need to check how often the cards are reshuffled. Especially if they’re looking to count them to win real casino cash, and make the nasty managers cry.
