BragBet Becomes Official Betting Partner of NI Football League
NI Football League managers think their new official betting partners “could revolutionize the way fans interact with each other”.
The Northern Ireland Football League has picked a new official betting partner. The sports organization just signed a two-and-a-half year contract with the Irish online betting and social networking company BragBet. Sports lovers around Ireland can access the betting service and interact with each other online or via the mobile sportsbook platform.
Backed by telecommunications company Telefonica, BragBet has changed the face of online and mobile sports betting by bringing a unique and fun approach to wagering on your favorite players. It is the first betting service that invites punters to team up against the bookmaker and place wages as a syndicate.
The perfect fit
Earlier this year, the Irish online betting operator sealed a similar partnership with the Football Association of Ireland. Now, BragBet’s chief executive officer, Phil Riordan, announced that the company has decided to move head offices from Dublin to Belfast.
Their new partners at the NI Football League are pleased with the deal and excited about working together. The football organization’s marketing and communication manager, Graeme Beggs, had this to say: “They are a young and incredibly exciting company who, in our opinion, could revolutionize the way fans interact with each other by combining social media and betting in the one platform.
“We have looked at a number of potential partners, but no business shared our vision of a combined social media and football product quite like BragBet.”
