Entertainment Centers in the UK Attract Casinos
Aspers Casino
Land-based casinos mushroom in the United Kingdom as parts of all-round entertainment complexes.
A UK-based casino operator, Aspers, is known for opening up a casino near London Olympic Park. Now, as casino gambling news report, the new casino complex will be build in Milton Keynes and is expected to open in in early 2013, while generating 250 local jobs.
The gaming center will consist of 36,000 feet and will feature Blackjack card tables, online slots, restaurant, sports bar, and many other table card games. The company will also donate 500,000 GBP to the town council.
The two-story casino will be build at the Xscape Entertainment complex, hoping to attract nationwide and foreign gamblers. The overall regulatory climate in the UK is becoming more gambling entertainment friendly as more local communities see the benefits of increased tax revenues and job creation.
The land-based casino developments continue to grow around the world despite the increasing popularity of Internet and mobile casino gambling as people need to get away from their electronic devices once in a while and have fun while drinking and playing.
While the growth in America and Europe is subdued, many Asian nations, even North Korea, are seeking to build resort-casinos catering to the growing wealthy in the Asia Pacific region.
