Mobile and social game developer Gaming Realms acquires marketing company to help expand business

With the continuous growth of the online and mobile casino gambling industry, Gaming Realms is set on conquering the market. The software developer was looking for a powerful marketing partner to boost business and thus decided to buy Quick Think Media (QTM). The deal was completed for an impressive GBP 2.2 million.

Michael Buckley, Executive chairman of the mobile casino software developer, said: “Our combined marketing operations will be able to secure new customers over a shorter timeframe and at lower cost across the business, particularly in the new digital channels which are now available. In addition, QTM brings a growing profit stream and user base into the group, both of which can be used to further enhance our brand development activities”.

The gaming venture created by founders of CashCade Limited, an online bingo operator, now has a great marketing department that can help promote the company’s latest mobile gambling games. “We have developed an innovative marketing capability which we believe will complement Gaming Realms’s existing marketing activities”, said QTM co-founder Tom Gooding.

This August, Gaming Realms paid millions of pounds for a huge TV campaign advertising their mobile-focused Bingo Godz website, launched in September. In this mobile bingo game, players are required to collect “Godz” in order to go to the next level, where prizes are bigger and better.
