Fabian Quoss, German professional poker player, won $1,629,940 after playing in the $100,000 buy-in 2014 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Super High Roller event this week.

Quoss mastered over another 55 participants from the star registration list and managed to reach the final table. The other players at the precious table were obviously not random – all professionals well aware of poker tricks: from the US – Vanessa Selbst, Dan Shak, Tony Gregg, Antonio Esfandiari and Matt Glantz. The rest experts that reached the final were Austrian Ole Schemion and Canadian Mike McDonald.

The last game offered intensity and brilliant talent

Quoss played against Dan Shak for the top prize provided by the online poker giant. The German had more than 2 to 1 advantage in chips when the heads up stage began. That advantage in addition to favorable cards and indisputable talent brought him the 1st place and the winner’s award. This success added to his career earnings, which are almost $4,5 million now.

After the win Quoss proudly joined the club of other top German high stakes players like Philipp Gruissem and Igor Kurganov who were earning bank at different international final tables.
