Hard Rock Hotel Sportsbook to Jam with Cantor Gaming’s EDeck, Too
Certainly due to the huge success Cantor Gaming and its eDeck gaming system have enjoyed in the M Resort, the Venetian, and the Palazzo sportsbook operations, Cantor has signed up another high-profile Las Vegas name to install its product: The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
At these three casinos, Cantor’s revolutionary mobile sportsbook technology has won the firm an amazing $375 million alone: That’s 15% of Nevada’s total sportsbook gaming revenues of $2.5 billion from just 1.4% of all sportsbook providers in the state.
At the Hard Rock, Cantor Gaming will be the exclusive horse racing and sportsbook gaming operator. Cantor will first integrate its “In-Running” technology, i.e. live in-game sports betting, at the Hard Rock Casino. The eDeck also provides basically a mobile casino’s worth of slot games, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker while the matches are on.
The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will begin work on the new horse racing/sportsbook facility in tandem with Cantor Gaming and seeks to open the new area sometime in April or May of 2011. Though certain approvals will have to be gotten from gaming regulators with regard to applying eDeck technology to sports betting, these are expected to be had with little, if any, delay.
