HTC One Developer Edition Heading for the US Market
Developer Edition
American mobile casino gamers will be able to lay their hands on a Developer Edition of the upcoming HTC flagship One.
HTC has not yet released their upcoming flagship mobile casino tamer One, but there’s already word of a Developer Edition of the smartphone. Unfortunately, the special model will only be available for the US citizens.
The Android casino tool will hit the shelves at the same time as the original HTC One becomes available in the USA. Currently, there’s no official confirmation of when that will happen, as the Taiwanese flagship launch was delayed apparently due to spare parts shortages.
The HTC One Developer Edition will be sold for $649 in the USA, which is only slightly higher than the rumored price tag of $630 for the regular edition. Naturally, there’s no official confirmation of the pricing policy for the HTC One in the US, so we’ll have to wait for the carriers to announce their prices.
As for the differences between the Developer Edition and the regular HTC One, the special version will be SIM-free and will feature an unlocked bootloader. Other differences include 64GB of internal space as well as quad-band GSM/EDGE, tri-band 3G and HSPA, and tri-band LTE support.
Other information about the upcoming mobile casino games device includes suggestions that the back of the device will be made of see-through plastic. The rest of the specs are identical with the regular HTC One.
