HTC One Google Play Store Edition to Run on Android 4.3
HTC One Google
It seems that the HTC One Google Edition is closer to reality, than most of the previous rumors about the device.
Bluetooth Special Interest Group – a body, which oversees the development of Bluetooth compatible devices, has unwillingly shared information about the HTC One Google Play Store edition. “Shared” may be an overstatement, as only bits and pieces of info have been spotted, but nonetheless, it seems that the device does exist.
The device was carrying a PNG71xx_Android_4.3_G model numbers, suggesting this mobile casino tamer will run on the brand new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Apparently, the smartphone has started the certification process on June 18, and got the go-ahead on July 5.
The reasons behind Bluetooth re-certification are quite simple: the Android 4.3 supports Bluetooth 4.0 LE, which the previous OS didn’t. The 4.0 LE means that both the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play Store versions will be able to connect mobile casino games lovers with a wealth of accessories sporting support for the brand new low-power Bluetooth standard.
While the Android 4.3 version is widely expected to be carrying the Jelly Bean name, it will still be bringing a decent selection of changes worth mentioning. The next Android version is still unannounced by Google, but considering the sheer number of leaks and rumors, that happy date can’t be far away. We will definitely let our faithful readers know once Google spills the beans on it.
