Huawei Opens Up Windows Phone 8 Horizons to Mobile Gamers
WP8 from Huawei
Mobile gamers may soon enjoy limitless possibilities from Huawei’s WP8 smartphones and Windows 8 LTE tablets.
Despite rather trailing positions in the smartphones and tablets market, Huawei can still turn fans of mobile casinos on with its innovative gadgets. Currently the Chinese giant is rumored to be working on a WP8 smartphone and a Windows 8 LTE tablet.
During this year’s MWC, the company announced its plans to enrich the life of Android casinos regulars with a whole new line of devices: Ascend D1, D Quad, and D Quad XL. The Media Pad 10 FHD, announced later still remains one of the most attractive upcoming Android tablets on the market.
Fresh rumors suggest that Android platform is not the only interest of the Chinese manufacturer. It also plans to attract fans of Windows mobile casinos under its wings. The company is said to employ at least seventy people working on the Windows Phone Apollo run smartphones. Initial scheduling suggests end of 2012 release dates.
And, what’s most important, some sources claim that some of those devices will bear a highly affordable price tag of around $300. Well done, Huawei, says the horde of budget-tight fans of mobile casino games.
No information is yet available about any particular specs of the upcoming devices, but we will surely hear something and report back to you, once the Windows Phone Apollo and Windows 8 launch.
