Huawei to Launch the Ascend D2 Globally After CES 2013
Huawei Ascend D2
The official images of the recently introduced Huawei Ascend D2 are now available for mobile gamers to see.
A couple of weeks ago Huawei officially unveiled the Ascend D2 Android casino tool, and only now can we look at the images of the smartphone. The international version of the device is expected to debut at the CES 2013, where Huawei also plans to unveil the Ascend W1 powered by Windows Phone 8.
The Huawei Ascend D2 features a 5 inch screen with 1080p resolution, Huawei’s proprietary quad-core 1.5GHz K3V CPU, and a 13MP camera on the back. Currently, the device is running on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Emotion UI, but we really hope that the manufacturer will upgrade it to 4.2 in time for the CES.
The mobile casino tamer introduction was delayed with pending CPU manufacturing issues, we are hopeful that Huawei has managed to resolve those and the international launch of the device will go smoothly.
Huawei smartphones are famous for their great price/quality ratios, and there’s no reason to believe that the Ascend D2 will be any different. Although there’s no pricing policy available yet, mobile casino games fans should expect a very mild approach to prices.
