HTC officially released a schedule for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for a wide range of their devices.

So far only the four HTC Sensations and the HTC Vivid have already received Ice Cream Sandwich or are in the process of getting it. Remaining mobile casino games tools are yet to be updated.

The most important smartphones on the list are the HTC EVO 3D and the Rezound, which are scheduled to receive the Ice Cream Sandwich in June-July, while the HTC Thunderbolt is expected to get the update in July-August, much to the delight of many Android casinos professionals.

The Taiwanese giant isn’t leaving older phones behind, and that level of commitment is always appreciated. The likes of the Desire S and the Incredible S are also getting the latest green man in June-July. Mind you, the HTC Desire HD will also be updated, and we’re talking about a smartphone launched all the way back in 2010, thank you, HTC.

Along with the Android 4.0 all the smartphones will also be getting Sense 3.6 UI.

Along with list of devices scheduled for the update, HTC also named the devices that won’t be getting the Ice Cream Sandwich. This list includes Salsa, ChaCha, Wildfire S, and Explorer. HTC tablets, including the Flyer, EVO View 4G and the Jetstream, will also have to do without the latest OS. The company stressed the fact that despite leaving these devices without the latest Android, they will still be receiving support and software updates.
