Mobile gamers have been arguing about the Ice White colored version of the HTC Sensation for quite some time now, the launch of the device is now confirmed.

Rumors about a white version of highly popular with fans of mobile casinos HTC Sensation smartphones are now officially confirmed. The device will be released on March 1 on a global scale.

Mobile casino games enthusiasts were expecting the Ice White Sensation to launch with Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS out of the box. Sadly, that’s not going to happen: it will go on sale with Gingerbread 2.3. However it will be updated together with the whole Sensation line, and that is good news indeed.

Some countries already have the white HTC Sensation on sale, but the global launch will happen on March 1. Android casinos are already abuzz with angry messages on why the ICS will not be included in the new device. The Taiwanese giant decided to sweeten the pill by announcing that the entire line of Sensations will be updated with the latest Android OS in the very near future.

The new smartphone will feature the same specs as the black version: 4.3 inch qHD screen, 8MP snapper, 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, and the rest of the insides that make the HTC Sensation such a powerful mobile casino gambling tool.

The Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Sensation line will be an over-the-air one, which will enable even the noob users to upgrade the phone without any trouble. Another source stipulates that the Sense UI will also be updated with a shortcut dock at the bottom of the screen, but we’re yet to confirm that rumor.
