The survey results show that mobile gambling fans are quite loyal to their smartphone manufacturers. 89 percent of iPhone casinos regulars will choose Apple wonder phones when it’s time to update their devices. It’s impressive indeed, yet last year Apple enjoyed 95 percent retention rate. Maybe all the mystery surrounding iPhone 5 is to blame for the decline.
HTC holds the second position with 39 percent retention rate, thanks to RIM’s BlackBerries halving their rate to 33 percent. Samsung is up to fourth place with 28 percent, followed closely by Motorola with 25 percent. Nokia gambling fans stick to the Finnish maker in 22 percent of cases.
Android casinos may suffer a little loss this year, only 60 percent of Android powered smartphone owners say they’ll buy another green man, while 31 percent of them will switch to iOS for their new phone.
