Tasks and Achievements for MPN

As Android casino poker, iPhone poker, and social poker in general continues to take off, the world’s leading casino game developer have jumped on the bandwagon with the release of MPN Achievements.

The Microgaming Poker Network is run by Microgaming, who’s mobile slots are currently leading the way, has released a series of achievements unlockable by completing one or more tasks at an MPN powered poker site or app. Currently there are 27 achievements, each of which provides the player with a badge to show off their progress.

Of course, Microgaming aren’t the first to bring this social casino element to poker, as Party Poker’s new look saw them introduce a very similar system earlier this year. Perhaps, though, any success with the MPN system could see similar achievements arrive to mobile casinos. Yet, again, this has already been done, as Casino Room launched earlier this year.

MPN is one of the more widely used poker software systems, however, so this could be the true beginning of the social revolution in poker gameplay. While social has already taken over in real money sports betting, and casino gambling sees unlikely to take on a lot of social elements, poker could be the perfect game for these achievements and tasks you share with your friends.
