Norsk Tipping Enhances Player Protection with Playscan Software
Norsk Tipping will be the first gambling operator to offer Playscan software on video lottery terminals.
In an attempt to shows its concern for players’ wellbeing, the Norwegian national lottery announced it closed a partnership with Playscan, a company that specializes in online gambling software designed for player protection.
“Responsible gambling has always been an important issue for Norsk Tipping,” Torbjörn Almlid, chief executive officer of the lottery operator stated.
The deal will allow lottery operator Norsk Tipping to use the company’s software on all of its video lottery terminals. In addition, Norwegian players will be able to access a wide range of new and old online and mobile casino games provided by Playscan.

According to mobile gambling news, Norsk Tipping has become the first operator to offer Playscan software on video lottery terminals.
Playscan says Norsk Tipping’s multichannel personalized electronic ID allows the lottery operator to provide unique player data about all activities. By closely analyzing player behavior, the operator is able to provide risk analysis and build a sustainable relationship with customers.
