Every self-respecting manufacturer seems to be developing a smartphone with 1080p screens of its own.

The latest rumors suggest that Pantech is joining the list of manufacturers developing a killer mobile casino gambling tool with 1080p display. Ever since the HTC DROID DNA and J Butterfly were announced, the 1080p screens seem to pop up on every phonemaker’s product list.

We already know that Sony, LG, and Samsung are working on smartphones with similar characteristics. However, smaller manufacturers are not lagging behind. Oppo has announced the Find 5, and ZTE revealed the Nubia Z5.

The Android casino rumor mill has now reached Pantech, suggesting there’s Vega IM-A860 in the works with the monster screen and killer gaming specs.

The rumored specs of the Pantech Vega IM-A860 include a quad-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, Adreno 320 GPU, and Android 4.1.1. OS out of the box. So far, the on-board memory capacity, RAM, and battery size remain a mystery.
