Mobile gamers are tired of waiting for Windows Phone 7 Mango, but are happy to learn that Samsung is launching a phone with preinstalled Mango update.

The WP7 Mango update is about to launch in the coming days and major manufacturers are prepping up for that date with a variety of compatible smartphones. HTC’s Titan and Radar will both come with preinstalled Mango, and Samsung’s latest Omnia-W is no exception.

Inside the Omnia-W, fans of mobile casinos will find a 3.7 inch WVGA SuperAMOLED screen, Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset with 1.4GHz Scorpion CPU, Adreno 205 GPU and 512MB RAM. There’s little chance Samsung will change anything, since Microsoft has an extremely strict policy about the smartphone hardware.

The remainder of specifications is pretty standard for a Windows mobile gambling smartphone: 5MP camera with LED flash and 720p video capabilities, 8GB internal memory, 1500mAh battery and the usual list of connectivity options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

The Omnia-W will be powered by the latest Windows Phone 7 Mango, and much to the disappointment of Windows mobile casinos only a few Samsung apps can be downloaded for free. Since Microsoft forbids factory customizations, it will be extremely difficult to come up with something to make this smartphone a unique device.

Omnia-W smartphone is expected to hit the shelves in November for around €450 in unlocked version.
