Galaxy S III breaks record sales
Galaxy S III sales

Samsung is delighted with the performance of its flagship, the Galaxy S III, revealing that 20 million units found their owners worldwide.

The landmark of 20 million units sold is even more remarkable considering the Samsung Galaxy S III managed to achieve this record in just 100 days since going on sale. That beats the previous record, set by another great Android casino tamer – the Galaxy S II, the predecessor managed to cross the magic mark in around nine months.

The popularity of the Galaxy S III is partially attributed to the great specifications of the device allowing amazing mobile casino games experience besides top-notch multimedia functionality.

The Samsung Galaxy S III crossed the first landmark of 10 million units in July, and already 1.5 months later it’s 20 million. Nothing else to say, except: congratulations, Samsung. However, it will be interesting to see just how well the sales of the Galaxy S III will continue, considering that major competitors are about to launch their flagships.

Apple is preparing to launch its newest smartphone – the iPhone 5. Nokia has just announced the Lumia 920 device to be powered by the upcoming Windows Phone 8 OS. Motorola is ready to unleash the DROID RAZR HD onto the fans of mobile casino gambling. HTC will host its event announcing the next flagship in a couple of days. And let’s not forget Samsung’s very own Galaxy Note II phoneblet, also set to launch in the coming months.
