Slots Club was launched in beta format back in June this year, but Diwip, the developer firm behind it, says there’s already lots of interest.

The newest social casino suit of games was launched on Facebook in June. Created by the Israeli gaming developer Diwip, the Slots Club is a $2 million investment. According to the company’s statement to casino gambling news the project is generating lots of interest from industry’s side and players alike, despite the fact that it’s still in beta version.

The slots were developed based on the provider’s experience with Best Casino on Facebook. The Slots Club provides players with a long list of 40 payline slots featuring various themes and all the usual bells and whistles including bonuses, free spins, and social gaming optimization allowing several sharing facilities.

The company behind the product, Diwip, was opened in 2010 by Yaniv Gamzo and Udi Kantzuker, and has already grown to employ a 50-strong staff force in Israel since launching Best Casino. Earlier this year, CEO Dan Wiegenfeld has left the company for another online and mobile casino software developer Playtech, but Diwip recovered quickly, with Best Casino performing quite good at over a million MAUs.

According to Kantzuker, the newest social project – Slots Club – will also be available in a mobile casino gambling version through the Unity engine. The co-founder commented: “Our past experience in mobile development led us to switch to the Unity engine. Native code didn’t give us the rich graphics we wanted and Flash Air SDK gave us really poor quality user experience. Unity makes development so easy and produces crazy good graphics.”
