Fresh Sony Xperia Yuga photos have been leaked sparking new round of speculations on the smartphone’s specs.
The Sony Xperia C660X Yuga rumors fill the mobile casino forums. Fresh leaked images of the device confirm several suggested specs, but leave the rest in doubt. As was previously suggested, the back of the device is made of black glass and is completely flat. The smartphone also features a shutter key on the side.
The display of the next Android casino tamer is a 5 inch unit with 1080p resolution as was expected, however not OLED as was previously rumored. The chipset is a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, not the Samsung Exynos 5 Quad, but that rumor was quite hard to believe anyway.
The chipset origin is indirectly confirmed by the leaked image source, stating that the phone gets quite hot, if the chipset is put under lots of pressure. The same thing happens to the Nexus 4 and LG Optimus G, which utilize the same SoC.
The camera resolution still remains a mystery, with competing rumors of a 12MP and 13MP units. However, there’s a fresh gossip suggesting a whopping 16MP camera for the upcoming Sony Xperia Yuga.
The much anticipated device is expected to be officially unveiled at the upcoming CES in January 2013. MWC will also be showcasing the new smartphone. Win just a few weeks left until the technology event, the anticipation grows stronger and the rumor mill is revolving faster.
