Things Look Up for Mr. Green After Impressive Q1 2014
Mr. Green has found success by improving its mobile offering as well as expanding into new markets.
Online and mobile casino gambling company Mr. Green is forecasting additional growth after a first quarter in which revenue jumped 42 percent over the same period in 2013.
The Swedish iGaming site has chalked up most of its recent success to its ability to tap into the growing mobile gambling market as well as expand its international scope to foray into new markets.
CEO Mikael Pawlo has this to say:
We are becoming increasingly international, and dependence on individual markets is decreasing… Our assessment is that the online casino Mr Green’s strategy of continuing investments in product development, especially for mobile utilisation, and expansion into new countries create favourable conditions to continue to significantly outgrow the market.
Mobile gaming growing trend worldwide
Mr. Green is one of several Android, iPhone and Windows mobile casinos gaining in popularity, with some others being All Slots, Royal Vegas and Spin Palace.
Users prefer the convenience afforded by gambling with a mobile device, and the quantity and quality of games and apps have started to catch up with demand. While fixed-online gambling still have a much larger market share than mobile, the gap has closed significantly.
