Free-to-play game publisher Mobile Deluxe, known for titles like Solitaire Deluxe and Big Win Slots, has expanded its mobile slots portfolio with the release of a classic slot for iOS, called 3-Reel Slots Deluxe.
Although iPad and iPhone mobile gambling is generally associated with lots of flashy graphics, and even 3D action, some players actually look for that good ole casino ambiance.
“3-Reel Slots Deluxe has the look and feel of a classic slot machine,” claims Mobile Deluxe CEO Josh Hartwell, adding that “most slot machine games on the market now put players in video and animation elements. However, our player research tells us that many slots enthusiasts prefer a more straightforward approach that delivers a traditional slot machine experience, with casino-style VIP treatment and clear, linear goals to unlock new machines. We designed 3-Reel Slots Deluxe for players who prefer simpler, more traditional gameplay.”
As it is the case with most free games companies, the Mobile Deluxe business model also rests on players purchasing extra credits and premium content. Nevertheless, the basic app can be played without spending any real money, with free coins added to it every four hours.
Android slots players must wait a little while the company adapts the game to other platforms later this year.
California-based Mobile Deluxe has been in the mobile games industry 2003 and developing free games since 2011. The company’s flagship app Solitaire Deluxe has been downloaded by six million players.
