Windows Phone 8.0 Apollo Release Date Approaching
WP8 Apollo
Fans of Windows mobile gambling are shivering in anticipation as Bill Gates and Co prepare to unleash the Windows Phone Apollo on the world.
According to the latest rumors Microsoft is already in the process of sending out invitations for the Windows Phone Summit event held in San Francisco on June 20. The event will focus on “a sneak peak of the future of Windows Phone”.
Fans of real money Windows mobile casinos may not be related to Sherlock Holmes, but it’s clear that the event will unveil the much anticipated Windows Phone 8.0 OS, so far codenamed Apollo.
So far not too much information is available on the Windows Phone Apollo and its features, but it’s safe to suppose that it will bring the real money Windows mobile gambling on a qualitatively new level, just like Ice Cream Sandwich did with Android casinos.
Congrats to the boys at Microsoft for managing to keep the new OS on a tight leash: no major leaks or spy previews this time around. This makes the anticipation even more interesting, we just hope that the wait will be worth it.
A few confirmed details managed to surface, however: support for multi-core CPUs, and backward compatibility with the current applications, but that’s pretty much a give in our age and time.
In any case, brace yourselves, June 20 is just around the corner, and everything will be revealed then. Stay tuned for our coverage.
