New Jersey Casinos to Team Up with XYVerify for Geo Location Services

As New Jersey looks set to get their first mobile casinos shortly, a deal has been announced with geo location firm, XYVerify, to provide the casinos of Atlantic City with their location services.

The company has become one of the first ancillary services to collect their approval from the New Jersey government, in anticipation of the launch of real money mobile casino games on November 26th. With so much at stake for the state, they’ve been taking their time over making these decisions.

With the new gambling laws, each state is only able to provide internet gambling to players within the physical limits of the state boundaries. This has meant more and more importance has been placed on the shoulders of geo location companies such as XYVerify.

With mobile casino gambling on its way, New Jersey will be hoping for an upturn in the success of their casinos. Recent results have not gone the way of the Atlantic City strip, with punters continuing to stay at home. Perhaps stay at home gambling can become a big thing in the state, though, thanks to mobile casinos.

Delaware could still beat New Jersey to the punch, however, as they are launching their own poker room at Halloween. There has been no confirmation of any dates for a roll out of a full, real money, online casino however, so analysts still have New Jersey in pole position.
